Cancellation Policy
- For cancellations received by May 20th, 2016, 100% of the registration fee will be refunded.
- For cancellations received from May 21st, 2016 registration fee less EUR 20,00 cancellation fee will be refunded.
- All refunds will be issued after the conference.
- Requests for refunds must be submitted in writing to the Eventmanagement team of the University of Vienna congress@univie.ac.at.
